We roll each section in 2 meter long, then weld into 10 meter long in conical shape. Each section has a welded joint sleeve on top. Grinding the welding line on surface is required by client. Bottom section is welded a flange base plate, which has two layers of plate.

Flag size is 7.5m×15m in this 65m project. We use a SS 304 grade flag stick in 7.5m long, which is very heavy to make the flag not twist.

Client weld 7 segments into 65m, then doing grinding, putty and painting by themselves on site. We had chance to go to site in 2011 to fix the new slip ring on ball top.
